Worked with this team for a new water line installation from the meter to the house, and some sewer line repair. Both of these jobs were done without trenches, which was amazing. Very clear and efficient communication including text and email updates with live timing updates about tech arrivals. Would highly recommend, and they will be top of my list for any future needs.

A surprisingly smooth process Jan 30, 2025

It’s rare for bad news to result in a great experience, but Sewer Renewal Specialists turned a corroded and leaky drain pipe, which we were told by two companies could only be repaired by tearing up our concrete patio and garage floor, into a surprisingly smooth and non-disruptive process. Tony started things off with a thorough inspection of our drainage system (for which there was no charge). He clearly explained the issues and provided us with a detailed estimate for the repair. He made us feel confident that we would be in good hands. Next came the repair crew who were punctual, efficient, and easy to communicate with as they went about their business, telling us what was going to happen each step of the way. Taylor and Jose easily overcame a couple of surprises in our 85-year-old system. It was clear that their experience and dedication served them well. Owen and Robert did most of the prep and finish work and I must say that they left the interior and exterior work sites as clean as they found them. Only a small bit of exterior cement had to be removed! I can’t say enough about what a great job they all did. Save yourself time and a boatload of misery (and money) by calling Sewer Renewal Specialists first.

The Sewer Renewal Specialists lined my old concrete sewer line that was always getting clogged. Jose and Taylor did the lining process, very thoroughly removing all of the roots inside before inserting the liner, and the next day Owen and Robert finished the process. They were all very professional and polite and showed me the results with a camera inspection at the end. I highly recommend them and the company.

Sewer Renewal Specialists took great care of me! Every member of their team was genuine, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had 70 feet of old cast iron pipes that needed fixing (Cured-in-Place-Pipe Lining), plus some repairs underneath the house. Their price was fair, and they were able to schedule and complete the job right away. There were no hassles or hiccups in the process. Every step of the way was made clear up front, and communicated throughout. The thing I'm most impressed with is the staff. You can tell that the company owners value their employees, because they are all kind, hard working, and honest people. I am so thankful I stumbled across their website and found this company.
