We randomly had our sewer backed up. We called out a competitor to clear the blockage (we wish we had known about sewer renewal specialists right off the bat). They told us we had a tree root growing through our sewer line. They quoted us an astronomical price to repair the line. We decided to get another quote and luckily our friends recommended sewer renewal specialists. They were excellent to deal with from first contact. Excellent and prompt communication. Gave us great advice and was able to repair our sewer line quickly. We cannot recommend Sewer Renewal Specialists highly enough. Hopefully, we don’t have another sewer line issue but if we do Sewer Renewal will be our first and final call.

Now I know this next part will be hard to believe but they completed the repairs UNDER the bid price! I have rarely if ever had such a great experience in what could have been a potential disaster. I wanted to check the condition of the cast iron drainage pipes under the concrete basement of my 60 year old house. David was able to visually inspect all the lines under the house and most of the way to the septic tank via the vents on the (low pitch) roof. He found that everything was in good shape with the exception of a couple of lines that needed cleaning.
David, and his assistant, did an excellent job for a very nice price.

And generally good natured on top of all that - it was very pleasant to chat with him as he worked to diagnose the problem. The equipment he's using is top notch - great camera view, bluetooth, I got to watch while it was being scoped. He quickly found where the break in the sewer line was (on City of Portland's side) and so... it's actually out of our hands, they have to repair it, and he will send the video to the City. Cleanup was fast, not smelly (I mean, sewer line, you expect a little bit), and just well done. So even though this repair is on the City to do the work, I would happily work with David in the future, and encourage others to talk to Sewer Renewal Specialists first! I certainly will!

They fixed a stubborn problem that others had failed to solve, and they did it for a reasonable price. In addition to their great work, they have amazing customer service! About 6 months after my sewer work I started having trouble again. They sent someone over within hours of my call and inspected the pipe. The problem turned out to be nothing but a greasy blockage. They did not charge me or make me feel at all like I had wasted their time. For this, and their quality of work, I can't recommend them enough.

We recently had an older failing sewer lined and repaired by Sewer Renewal Specialists. A complicated project that involved deep excavation inside a tiny landscaped yard coupled with a required last minute replacement of the water main. Starting with the competent initial inspection work done by Brian and the amazing project management thanks to Joe, you are in great hands. Joe was very thorough in discussing site preparation and options making it simple preparing for the actual project. The onsite repair team (Taylor, Jose, John, and Kamryn) were top notch in their performance and got the job done with professionalism, skill, and care. They worked hard to get the necessary work complete and have our service back by the days end. Site was put back together as expected for such intrusive project. Overall very solid company doing great work and it shows in their employees and final product. Definitely consider this company if you have the unfortunate luck of sewer repair.

I contacted them yesterday and am so grateful that I did. This company was phenomenal is diagnosing and fixing my plumbing problem which caused a flood in my basement area. As busy as plumbers traditionally are on Monday mornings, the owner of the company himself, David Hefley, after listening to the desperation in my voice mail message, came to my house and immediately began to resolve the issue. I have never seen anyone move so quickly and purposefully to find and repair the issue so that my house could once again be completely restored for use of all plumbing. David is a smart, analytical person who works at lightning speed while being able to think, converse and act effectively to get the job done. He also has a great sense of humor, something that I think is an asset for the line of work he does! I bet there will come a time that most homeowners like myself will require the help of a professional plumber to step in and get a problem fixed. You don't have to look any further and just call this company. You will be happily relieved that you did.

Awesome company! We had a very difficult sewer pipe repair project and David responded quickly and gave us a very fair estimate to complete based on drawings from public works. He was able to start within a week. During the project we found the city drawings were not accurate and our pipe was almost twice as long as expected.
